During his time as a volunteer he has been helping in the local community. This has been a great experience for him.  He has formed strong bonds with some of the health volunteers and teachers and community people mostly of retirement age, whom he wouldn’t normally have chance to interact with.  The other volunteers have made his time volunteering enjoyable by sharing stories of their lives and joking about current affairs. As soon as he started volunteering he was made very welcome by the all ENRICH staff and the other volunteers, with comments such as “It’s nice to see a younger person doing something positive for the local community”.

From his experience in the Satellite & Static Clinic, he has found that the health scheme helps to support local poor people and their families in all sorts of ways. It also helps the ENRICH Programme with its principles. He has really enjoyed the last days volunteering at the DESHA ENRICH Program. It has also helped him to become more self confident in new situations, which is a valuable life skill.  He has also been able to use the experience in his CV and in his personal statement when applying to other educational institute and Organization also.
